Mô tả
- Following company strategic plan & customer forecast to prepare yearly production plan, material requirement plan, capacity loading analysis report and PMC HC / budget proposal
- Responsible for PMC department construction and management, procedure & system establishment and optimization, team daily management and team members’assessment and training
- Monitor daily production & material plan execution, ensure the continuity, flexibility and proportionality of the production to best fit customer requests. Extensive contact with related parties internally and externally as required to secure plan. Good in trouble-shooting
- Monthly review capacity status against FC and escalate any risks
- Responsible to plan in each build stage and material supports to secure on time launch of new projectand EOL management
- Define material type to best control critical parts
- Prepare reports as required and organize / attend meetings related
Yêu cầu
- University/abovedegree
- At least 5 year experience in PMC area,
- Good level written and spoken English. Good speaking & reading in Chinese is preferred.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively
- A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
