1. Main duties:

• Plan to supply material, labor and improve production efficiency.
• Perform/ arrange manpower to reach quality and quantity targets.
• Create material orders, packaging orders, work orders and rework orders based on customer requirements, decide and finalize monthly planning of materials, production process, and shipment.
• Review daily plans of production processing for each machine in each section, shipping orders of customers.
• Control stocks of RM, WIP and FG products to ensure minimal excess inventory as possible.
• Make the most of available machines and equipment for planning, prioritizing the key – machines in order to optimize manhours.
• Coordinate with the Cleaning Department to order materials on time to meet the planning schedule. Planning to saw also needs to be shared on a weekly basis.
• Specific planning with delivery times/promise dates previously aligned with production.
• Detailed production planning every day for each machine and part, by the process. Report delays on parts and potential delivery delays. Monitor daily On-Time Delivery.
• Analyze and update plans to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.
• Monitoring and adjusting the plan based on customer requirements, available materials, machinery, tools, manhours available, and processes.
• Meeting regularly production team and checking the status of WIP and potential issues, work with production and provide solutions to solve potential issues on deliveries. Attend morning meetings in order to get updates from the production.
• Perform other necessary tasks as suggested by the Planning Supervisor, Production Manager, Plant Head.
