– Set up & establish the process/procedure for part/suppliers development
– Supplier evaluation on supplier’s management system such as quality/ supply ability/ delivery/…
– Drive continuous improvement of supplier’s quality, lead-time, and delivery performance
– Provide technical guidance to suppliers toward assuring product/process compliance with engineering drawing and specification
– Monitoring materials, service & processes to access new vendor opportunities
– 4M change monitor & following up
– Finding new suppliers for localization projects
– ISO/TS16949 coordinator of purchasing team
– Other duty assigned by Group leaders/ Team managers/ General Managers
Yêu cầu
- Male, from 25~35
- Graduated from university, majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Having at least 1-5 years experience in multi-functional companies
- Having experience in supplier development, supplier quality management
- Fluently English skills including speaking/ listening/ writing and reading
- Good at MS Office
- Good negotiation skill, strong project management skills, ability to learn quickly
- Team player attitude & aggressive to learn new thing
