1. Using market and customer insight, identify opportunities to develop new products in the PMC Brand, that meet customer needs and supports the sales participation.
2. Responsible for defining the new product brief; preparing a commercially sound business case for launching new product; collaborating with the Sourcing Team on the product development process.
3. Manage Pharmacity product brand identity; prepare product design briefs and Key Visuals; manage the artwork development process with Designer including sign-off within brand guidelines.
4. Be responsible for the end-to-end new product launching plan within the owned PMC retail stores and eCommerce channels.
5. Manage the end-to-end brand communication plan. This requires setting the brand and communication objectives, managing the brand plan.
6. Work cross-functionally with Marketing department to execute high quality communication to customers about the Pharmacity branded products.
7. Work cross-functionally with Training and Retail teams to deliver product knowledge and brand engagement.
8. Own the promotion plan for the PMC Branded products, developing the schemes to drive profitable growth.
9. Complete promotional analysis to understand the effectiveness of promotion schemes.
10. Manage the promotion planning process, to ensure that all steps for promotion set-up are completed accurately and on-time.
11. Set up the pricing and analyze the commercials.
12. Work together with the merchandising team to define the most relevant and impactful implementation in stores.
13. Manage life cycle of products and brands – discontinue quickly with low risk if products aren’t working; redevelop and relaunch when needed to improve sales.
14. Regularly conduct sales performance analysis to identify drivers of performance; using data to proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and the customer offer.
15. Ownership of PMC brand stock forecasting; preparing sales forecasts for all SKUs in the range (+80 SKUs); collaborating with internal Supply Chain department to minimize out of stock issues.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor or advanced Degree inCommercial, Marketing, Economic.
- Good at English.
- All usual Microsoft office programs
- 5 years+ in brand management, retail, commercial role.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, detail-oriented, customer focused mindset
