● Overseeing the daily business operations including but not limited to: client servicing, sourcing, purchasing, and payment transaction processes.

● Manage, review and optimize systems including product & data information in order to make recommendations to the board on efficiency and growth.

● Developing and implementing operational plans for the company’s growth strategies.

● Identify and analyse market opportunities and new revenue models through client requests patterns and trends, also adjusting the operations as necessary.

● Lead with positive motivation, direction and insight while holding the team accountable for attainment of operational goals, Service Level Agreements, and KPIs.

● Constantly improve and develop new policies & procedures to provide training and development opportunities to team members.

● Willing to work above and beyond the core responsibilities.

Education & Experience/Certifications

● Four-year college or university degree preferred

● Requires a track record of proven leadership success in team effectiveness, revenue or audience, product or operations

● At least five years of experience in a management position is preferred.
