70% Office Administrations
• Acts as a Receptionist for Home Office.
• In charge of the Home Office operator, records and distributions messages.
• Distributes incoming and outgoing mail: Books Training Room, Meeting Room, Interview Room. Coordinate the meeting room booking.
• Receive and transfer express mail to departments and make report.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Work with cleaners to ensure office, meeting rooms always 100% at company standard.
• Coordinate purchasing of office supplies and manages supply inventory.
20% Other assignments
• Handle/ Support other projects, HR administration or other assignments as per request.
• Support the events organized by the company.
10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• The ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company, vendors, guests and members.
• Posses a true willingness to help people.
• Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
• Ensure high level of confidentiality towards staff personal information, staff compensation plan as well as company plan.
