PURPOSE OF POSITION
The IT Applications Support is fully responsible for our business applications system include implementing, maintaining and supporting our end user.
1. Main duties:
– Assisting end-user of our business applications system via helpdesk, training or one by one instruction.
– Input product information into our business applications to make sure efficiency and accurately inventory system.
– Will work closely with procedure specialist to reflect any changes/ improvements to business applications.
– Participate in implementing new system or improving current system if any.
– Assist in the creation of presentations and training sessions for continuous improvement.
– Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Education- Bachelor/ Diploma Advance,Desirablein Software technology (Priority: international certificate : Aptech, NIIT.. )
Industry Experiences: Retail/ Distribution/ Logistic & Experienced working & implementing SAP or any ERP.
ComputerProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) - Microsoft implementation project
