Right to direct workshop mechanics, technicians, contractors and review with procurement team of engineering materials . Training for mechanic to identify problem and solution.
Take decision to resolve the issues at site and problem solving. Generate weekly report for R&M and Infra.
Design/monitoring /Execution& commissioning of civil construction/mechanical installation works from contractor
Prepare preventative maintenance schedule for vehicles, infra and equipment’s Co-ordinating with all workshop team for vehicles upkeep on daily basis and Site visit .
Problem-solving to diagnose faults in technicality (vehicles / equipment/ constructions) .
Construction works / Installation – Managing, monitoring, and dismantling, repairing and reassembling equipment. Tracking the R&M expense on weekly basis review procurement and spares stocks.
AUTOCAD will be additional advantage to prepare detail drawing and list out item wise BOQ.
Technical support / process and systems in Olam Laos . Trainings on R&M / Equipment Safe operation standards .
Working at Olam Laos. Company will cover all fee such as living accommondation, transportation, flight ticket for successful candidates.
Salary is the NET TAKE HOME salary.
Yêu cầu
- Education : Diploma/Degree in Civil/Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical
- Experience : Experience in Automobile /construction and managing civil project and commissioning . Knowledge of Material estimation, Mechanical and fabrication works . Able to find the issues and give solution .
