– Create marketing strategies, plans, solutions and activities in short and long term in line with organization’s vision/mission and BOD direction
– Develop procedures, tools to measure performance of marketing activities, in order to promptly provide recommendations
– Build brand development and management plans to increase brand awareness in the market
– Create, manage and maximize the annual marketing budget with effective marketing activities
– Execute and monitor marketing strategies and plans implementation
– Compose marketing brief for several phases of the project
– Manage media strategy and execution
– Engage and manage external resources including agencies and vendor partners
– Build a strong marketing team that fits the business by developing the organizational structure, selecting, developing, training…
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related fields.
-At least two years' experience as a Marketing Team Lead or equivalent in education referred.
-Highly flexible/open-minded and practical.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
-Strong leadership, well-organized, sociable
-Good at English is a plus.
-Experience working in startups or early project stage is an advantage
