– Manage and control product and brand appearance in SIS and make sure the store always presented in a good manner and best practice for shopper experience, daily as well as campaign
– Collaborate with the internal team – as well as external partners (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc.) to deliver the best E-commerce campaigns, optimize shopper experience to achieve business KPIs from planning to execution
– Optimally build customer experience by working closely with related teams to deliver SIS or landing page, inspiring content and clear navigation across desktop and mobile
– Work closely with the Operation team to plan, develop and execute promotional mechanisms that generate sales revenue
– Conceptualize and develop interesting and relevant campaigns to execute specific strategic direction such as New Product Launch, Co-Branding…
– Contact with the related team to provide campaign performance insights and evaluation and suggest key learnings to share with brands & partners
– Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives, and market best practices for improving site conversion and shopper engagement.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics
- Above 2 years experience in digital marketing experience in copywriter for a large project
- Familiar with e-marketing and online media
-Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
-Effective in time management and plan execution
-Experience in participating in a large brand campaign
-Experience in AD or PR agency, social media marketing experience is a plus
- Optimistic with full of creative ideas
- Good in English or Chinese is a plus
