JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working cross-functionally to define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan, including positioning, policy, launch strategy, and PR.
• Develop, manage and execute the launch plan for new products, new products enhancements and new market segments to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness.
• Evaluate and execute marketing campaigns that achieve awareness and demand generation goals
• Manage the end-to-end build of marketing programs by collaborating with creative teams, product marketing, and agency partners
• Work with internal and external production teams on scope of work, project timeline, and resourcing needed for effective execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve goals.
• Utilize best practices, campaign analysis tools, and hypothesis testing to continually improve campaign performance. Communicate results and learnings with all stakeholders.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships and contracts with third-party partners and internal teams. Document and communicate marketing plans to all stakeholders.
• Evolve quarterly roadmaps by proposing and fostering new creative and innovative ideas to continually improve business results.
• Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations.
• Act as the main POC for the Marketing team across the organization and be a go-to resource for campaign updates, general communication, and project management.
