– Lead Marketing team (in E-commerce flied) to ensure that all assigned marketing projects are operated effectively according to business guideline of the company and brands, include:
- Marketing Planners
- Copywriter
– Delivery market insights & customer behavior insights to develop suitable marketing strategy, support Commercial team win business & achieve target.
– Build up detailed long-term & short-term Marketing plan to develop brand’s e-commerce business: traffic, keyword, turn over circle, attract new customer, catch up new trend…
– Establish and maintain relationships between Marketing team with other internal teams, Marketing team with client (brand), Marketing team with partner (platform)
– Meet and work closely with brand to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project about brand identified, brand strategy, marketing budget…
– Plan, execute, monitor & evaluate all marketing campaign according to commercial plan on e-commerce channel, ensure timeline & effectiveness of each campaign as well as consult new ideas for next campaign
– Report, evaluate & analyze campaign’s result
– Proposes marketing process improvement which focuses on spending effectiveness and efficiency of brand health and increase the chance of winning new brand, new project
– Building business partnership with potential partners: brand cooperation, payment gateway, electronic wallet…
– Data analysis with strategic vision
– Use and continually develop leadership skills
– Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Yêu cầu
- 3-6 years in brand companies or E-commerce agencies with deeply online/digital marketing experience
-Experience in branding management
-Experience in customer retail management
-Experience in communication and working under pressure
-Work closely with platform for an overall strategy in platform familiarity with e-commerce retail environment in Vietnam & Asia (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Adayroi, Akulaku ...)
-Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits
-Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams
-Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Power BI
-Fluency in English (can speak Chinese is a plus)
