– Work out the development plan and corresponding action plan for Sales
Department according to the company’s business and strategic requirements.
– Lead the department to develop and implement the annual work plan and
budget plan.
– Meet the requirements of the Sales department’s key performance targets set
by the company.
– Manage the department.
– Design and optimize the processes of the Sales Department. Ensure the
effective implementation of the processes.
– Allocate the work in the department reasonably and lead the subordinates to
complete the relevant tasks.
– Lead the department to work out the annual sales plan and the budget plan.
Coordinate the marketing plan and the sales plan. Control the implementation
of the plans and make adjustment when necessary.
– Lead the department to establish and improve the marketing and sales
management systems and the relevant processes, and monitor the
implementation.
– Monitor and coordinate the marketing and sales work among the branch
companies.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor/Master or above seven years experience in related industries, and
above three years management experience
- Major in marketing and sales or related
- Be acquainted with the development of the industry and the related policies.
Be familiar with the rental business and the current situation and the trend of
the national and international industry.
- Strong ability in mapping out plans, tracing the sales result, analyzing
competition and market trend, sales communication and government
institution communication.
- Stronger organizing and team building ability, be able to lead subordinates
completing tasks successfully.
- Sound coordination and communication skills; be able to keep a good
relationship with other departments and external organizations.
- Sound ability and work experience in handling sudden occurrence.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written
