An industrial and logistic facility development company is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager / Director who enjoys networking, negotiating and land development planning and research.
This is a hands-on opportunity that is primarily responsible for finding new projects (vacant land) for industrial real estate project. It is a creative and independent role that includes researching land uses, zoning, ownership/title, networking, creativity with land planning and problem solving.
Position Responsibilities

• Review zoning, land use restrictions and title information
• Network continuously and manage contacts via CRM
• Develop potential land use/designs for the purpose of making offers to landowners
• Develop business cases for potential land deals including running various project scenarios
• Prepare weekly updates for internal use and company reporting
