Customer Relationship Maintenance & Development:
- Maintain and develop the close and effective relationship with key account customers;
- Ensure Customer Database and master list of contract file up-to-date;
- Keep track the effective lifespan of key account contracts to lead or support superior for the discussion with customers for the extension or liquidation;
- Participate in existing customers generated RFQ with price and service offered effectively to develop existing customers to meet sales targets and contribute to meet country GP1;
- Actively briefing the scope of service requirement with operations and related department for costing;
- Being tender co-ordinator on response documentation, management’s solution design, costing and pricing to acquire new business;
- Lead the presentation session about the quotation and proposal with customers;
Operations Performance Track & Trace:
- Lead monthly Operations Performance Review meeting between customer and Operations
- Keep track issue log and follow up with both sides to ensure actions are taken in a timely manner
- Flexibly co-operate with related departments to supply the supporting services to customers such as warehousing, shipping, delivery, custom clearance, trucking, returning cargo, and other value added services);
- Directly deal with all the complaints, queries of customers effectively to secure & expand all key accounts;
- Support the accounting department in debit collection of customers in charge;
Project Implementation:
- Prepare all commercial documents and data to pass down to the project team for implementation phase;
- Participate in implementation meeting as the commercial owners until the implementation phase is finished;
People Development:
- Lead proper and right behaviors for all levels across the team by proposing disciplinary actions, recognition (if any);
- Conduct annual or/and monthly performance appraisal for team members, identifying training needs to compile the Departmental Human Capital Learning Plan (HCLP).
- Perform On the Job Training (OJT) Planning and Administration.
Yêu cầu
- At least1-3 years of experience at the same level in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding, 3PL for a foreign owned company
- University degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Good analytical and reporting skill
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skill
- Customer Service & Handling Complaints
- Able to develop & maintain client relationship
- Training & coaching skill; leadership skill
