Job Description
I. Line Manager:
· Line 1: Retail Sales Manager.
· Line 2: Country Manager.
II. Main duty:
Brand : Nuxe và Evian
· You will represent our brand for the retail channel and work daily with our key customers (cosmetics, e-commerce and any important customers).
· Visit and develop the sales of our brand.
· Follow and implement our marketing campaign by using the tools and materials define by the marketing department (product, speech, promotion program, event, assortment, display).
· Coordinate with the customers and the company the good implementation of the marketing campaign.
· Respect the company policy and make sure our retailers respect it.
· Develop the relationship with the customers and the staff.
· Develop your customers portfolio.
· Coordinate our Beauty Advisor team.
III. Main tasks :
1. Sales:
· Plan and visit your customers daily.
· Prepare the visit in order to have a success full sales and good marketing campaign implementation.
· Increase sell in and sell out.
· Take purchase order from customers.
· Follow the sales performance of your customers in order to advices them.
· Make sure that our retailers respect our policy.
· Implement the sales support provide by the company (promotion, samples, combo, merchendising…)
· Look and find new customers.
· Increase the visibility of the brand.
· Follow the referencing of the products (amount of SKU sell by the customer).
· Negotiate deals with customers.
2. Training:
· Train customers on our products and brand to develop the advices.
· Advise and plan express training at the end of the visit.
· Help to coordinate class training or group discussion between the company and the customers.
· Give to retailers the training document produces by the company.
· Keep customers motivated to advise our products.
3. Merchandising:
· Follow and implement our planogram and merchendising policy at each visit.
· Make sure that the products presentation are respected.
· Set display to increase the visibility in stores.
· Set merchandising tools produced by marketing departement in store.
4. Marketing:
· Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company.
· Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaign.
· Use the tools provided by the company.
· Respect and follow the brand image and speech.
· Take part of the development of the brand image.
5. Reporting:
· Report the field activities and the information collected on the field (visit, customers, sales).
· Report essential information from the market and the competitors.
6. Event:
· Support team in the coordination of event.
· Negotiate and implement events and activities with your customers (group discussion, sales event).
7. People:
· Support BA team on the job site to hit the company’s objectives.
· Train and coach BA team on field about product, brand DNA, selling skill, advising skill, …
· Build a high-performance BA team.
· Make sure the execution of BA in store as per the company’s regulation.
8. Other:
· Other tasks from the company if any.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
· At least 4 years as Key Account Supervisor level up in health and beauty industry, dermatology cosmetics.
· Negotiation, communication, selling, team management, analysis, planning, timing management skills.
· Flexible, hard-working, work pressure, retail channel insight.
· English workable.
Benefits:
· Salary: Negotiable
· Full SHUI of Basic salary
· Quarterly bonus: maximum 21.000.000VND (based on the complete job level of the Employee).
