– Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets for the related products in Online Platform store management.
– Data analysis. Daily analysis data to find improvement area and catch sales opportunities.
– Managing relationship with Marketplace vendors or retailers especially in FMCG, Electronic, Mom & Baby, Cosmetics category.
– Developing cross-functional strategy to achieve desired sellers’ business growth and ensure smooth operations.
– Delivering market insights and trend knowledge to vendors by developing their assortment and managing pricing competitiveness, stock availability of key products.
– Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection.
Yêu cầu
- Work closely with Platform for an overall strategy in platform familiarity with e-commerce retail environment in Local (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki ...)
- Experience in customer service management
- Experience in customer retail management
- Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits
- Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams regarding delivery processes
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Good at English or Chinese is a plus
