The primary requirement for this position is to provide remote IT support and assist in solving IT issues.
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the IT systems, networks and overall infrastructure internally, which are primarily cloud-based.
More specific duties are highlighted below:
– Provide IT support via phone and email technical requests;
– Build and maintaining client documentation;
– Perform computer/server/system maintenance;
– Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks;
– Acting as Moderator of Internal Management System;
– Participate in IT Projects, especially in upgrading and improving the system.

- All round IT systems && support;
- Microsoft Office 365;
- Common Software Applications support;
- Computer Hardware, printers and peripherals;
- Windows Server 2008-2019 knowledge;
- Active Directory knowledge;
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP knowledge.
Education level:
- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications;
- Fluently in English.
Working experience:
- Have experience (at least 2 years) in IT customer service;
- Have experience managing, operating, troubleshooting application and system;
- Have experience in working with speaking English customers is an advantage;
Soft skills:
- Hardworking and willing to learn new things;
- Strong High level of document skills (MS Office, MS Project…);
- Have Problem-solving skill;
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal andexternal clients;
- Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.;
