PROCESS CONTROL

Daily tracking defect, abnormal lot to work with related function to resolve
To identify opportunity to improve quality control plan and process capability by frequently review process capability
Follow SPC, FMEA excution plan
Involve & coordinate for customer complaint investigation
Follow up CAR related to quality issue in the process
Execute improvement projects to reduce defect rate, increase process reliability
Justify quality result at FQA and IPQC
Conduct process audit to ensure process standard compliance

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Develop quality control plan at IPQA to ensure FGs meet expectation and non-escape to customer
Involve with Eng in development phase to support using Quality tool to identify condition to manage or prevention: FMEA, SPC, DOE
Build up knowhow database and Quality standard to inspectors
Develop condition management for production processe
Building up procedure to drive quality system
Develop internal quality standards
Involve in qualified process for new parts/new changes/new process

Bachelor’s degree of engineering or related, referring: Mechanical, Electrical, Material ...
Experiences Working 3 years experience as an QA engineer, Ref Electronics, Medical, Fiber optic
English: ~ TOEIC 650 or influence communication during interview, Chinese is referred
8D report Familiar with 8D report tool for problem solving and report,
Using 8D independently in daily work FMEA - Understanding purpose, and process making an FMEA, use FMEA in current job.
To be able to make an FMEA independently Control plan
Under a control plan and purpose , used to involve in control plan development Customer complaint investigation
Understanding process of customer complaint investigation, used to be deal with customer complaint independently
Problem solving Used to applied 5whys into daily problem solving

Computer skill Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Continuous improvement Continuous improvement mindset, used to involve or implement specific improvement
