– HR Business Partner: Understanding the requirement of Aplus Home about HR strategies, plans and actions to deliver effectively the organization goals in the present and future.
Acting as the HR advisor for managers and employees in respective scope
– Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing and implementing annual manpower plans, ensuring the recruitment process to follow company policies.
Planning and joinning all activities of Employer Branding.
Proactive building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities at Aplus Home
– L&OD:Working with Head of functions to identify their training & development needs.
Planning, designing and organizing the training programs in order to enhance the Sales team capability in responsing to business growth delivery
– Employee engagement activities: Proposal and hold Employee engagement activities to improving performance, and enhancing workforce retention
– Performance Management: Partners with each function manager on performance issues, assisting them in managing the performance of their teams
– HR Operations
– Doing the reports as needed.
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor degree in related disciplines (i.e. business, psychology, human resources, etc)
-At least 4 years of experiences in HR
-Strong at Talent Acquisition
-Strong HR technical knowledge
-Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
-Good stakeholder management, negotiation, & Influencing skills
-Good communication in English.
