1. HR Business partner
– Collaborate with HRBP Executive to take charge of HR partner for the assigned department in the specialized region, responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Act as the main contact and consultant about related HR issues in the assigned region. The advisory includes:
– Relevant HR reports: Take responsible for administration, update reports related to HR fluctuation such as turnover rate and headcount reports
2. Performance management
– Implement performance management system to the assigned departments.
3. People development
– Participate in building and implementing Career path programs for stakeholders of the specialized region, fulfill suitable manpower needs according to the development strategies of stakeholders in each period.
– Work closely with L&D department and relevant departments to implement training and coaching period for career path programs and evaluate the effective of programs.
4. Ongoing improvement and recognition programs.
– Implement and manage ongoing improvement programs (Do it better), initiative programs.
– Proactively explore chances to advance the recognition activities in the assigned department.
5. Participate in HR Projects as required by manager
Yêu cầu
- Barchelor`s degree.
-Experience in core HR processes and systems
- Able to work as owner, independently, make list decisions, be creative, collaborate, make a good influence.
