HRBP Executive is responsible for partnering with functional leaders to drive tools and processes in the disciplines of competency-based people management, recruitment, training, and capability building to meet the current and future business needs.
HR Partnering for Production (60%)
• Partner with Functional Head & support HR Manager to develop people strategy, operational plan, initiatives, and projects to support function achieve business result
• Lead the performance management process by setting standard and timelines
• Act as the advisor for any employee relations issues in the department and manage employee relations in a fair and consistent manner
• Proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in-charge teams.
• Monthly conduct HR Dashboard to help Head of Function understand people effectiveness situation & take action (if any)
• Manage employee information in HRIS (new-hire, internal movement, termination) to ensure data correct & on-time
Recruitment (20%)
• Manage recruitment activities to fulfill the manpower need of company
• Conduct employer branding in key campus partner
• Coordinate induction day for newcomer
Training (20%)
• Conduct training needs assessment, recommend and implement programs to support company-wide key skill areas
• Launch & promote learning platform of Group to foster learning of employee
