1.Recruitment
– Understand and practice recruitment procedures
– Store and classify candidates’ document by education and professional qualification
– Assist in finding and screen candidates’ document according to position requirement
– Assist in arrange interview schedule with related department
2. Training
– Assist in training for employees ” MM Mega Market Induction “
– Give basic instructions for new employees
– Follow-up with “ on the job training’ program with new employees and report to manager
– Assist in arranging internal and external training classes
– Store all training records and signature list of employees attended.
3.Benefits and compensations
– Clearly understand and perform correct all compensations and benefits for staffs.
– Check staff timekeeping, request for OT with OT salary for full-time staffs.
– Prepare all monthly reports relating to salary.
– Follow-up and do payment request for social and medical insurances for staffs.
– Directly collect files and follow with Aon insurance payment for staffs.
– Update information to Social insurance book and labor book for staffs.
– Prepare labor contract, follow-up with contract time line, extend and save records.
– Follow probation deadline of new employees according to company policies.
– Follow probation deadline of promoted employees.
– Update employees’ information to human resource database.
– Make payment for terminated employees and save records.
– Follow, save and report all recruitment requests from other departments.
– Responsible in distribute and re-issue helmet to employees as company policy.
– Update and keep records of full-time employee’s information.
– Make other reports when requested.
4. Other responsibilities
– Support and implement all administration tasks of department
– Prepare salary for part-timers, collect and report right after each seasons.
– Manage and keep track of personnel as approved budget
– Keep record of all part-timers’ documents
– Follow with compensation policies and contract period of part-timers
– Reporting offend if any, collect enough evidences as requested
– Do report for handling offend and keep records
– Follow and make lunch payment for canteen
– Support in celebrate birthday of the month for staffs
– Manage and follow monthly drug usages and plan to fulfill
– Keep records health check-up documents yearly
Yêu cầu
1.Skill
- University graduate or similar major in human resource management, law or English
- Ability to convince people
- Ability to train people, communicate
- Organize and deploy work load
- Efficiently in using computer, Microsoft office
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
2.Experience
- At least 2-4years working experiences in Human Resource field
- Team work experience is a plus
