1. Propose to General Director issue belongs to HR fields: recruitment and manpower planning,Training & development progrem, Employee relations, employee communication, compensation & benefits in accordance with company goal & labor law stipulation, payroll & productivity managenment & people management.
2. Liaise with the local Labor aithority for all relevant matters
3. Proposal for labor contract, salary review, promotion or replacement. Produre on monthly basic the HR report and manpower report and ensure the factory adheres to approve the organization structure in according to company budget and payroll abjectives.
4. Responsible for all benefits of the company, social insurance, health insurance and workers’ compensation insurance for all employees
5. Conduct wage survey within labor market to determine and make recommendations relating to competitive compensation and benefit packaging
6. Review strategic personnel policies, systems, procedures, policies and regulations. Develop and educate employees based on the company’s business plan.
7. Manage and set up KPI & performance evaluation, training – compliance with development management
8. Complete other assigned works as per General Director’s instruction .
Yêu cầu
- At least 3-year-experiencein the same level at some manufacturing companies.
- Working independently and self-motivated.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management is an advantage or related disciplines.
- Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English
