– Overall responsibility for management of HR Department.
– Recruiting office staff and production employees
– Handle in all Compensation and Benefits programs such as: health care check up, heath insurance, allowances, bonus, time attendance record.
– Organize and manage the internal training for employees about safety labor working
– Making monthly payroll, bonus, compensation & benefits for employees and foreigner employees
– Manage & check for firefighting & prevention equipment; arrange for firefighting training
– Control general affair at factory; vehicle; meal.
– Behalf of Board of Director to work with government authority who visit and audit factory
– Other tasks from Director.
