Assist General Accountant in performing aspects of accounting transaction related to insurance policy, month-end processing, reconciliation accounts, reports.
Accounting in core system: have knowledges and experiences in insurance products and accounting rules in core system, checking accounting rules in core system, import interface file into Sun system, maintain core system on accounting side, ensure all related accounting entries must be recorded into Sun on time and in-line with company policy, tax regulation.
Collected premium and payment insurance benefit fund management: check daily cash report / bank statement with data from core system to ensure the accuracy of all cash reports, any difference must be investigated and report to high level.
Reconciliation balance sheet accounts: ensure all BS accounts balance must exactly and have supporting documents.
Invoice: manage invoice issued for premium collection and others, quarterly invoice report.
Filling: Store and provide documents to pertinence as required.
Other related duties requested by line-managers.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in life insurance accounting.
Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, taxes, legal & audit issuesx.
Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and in English, enable written and oral communication with Expats is a requirement.
Sun system and Microsoft Office skills are required.
Careful, sense of responsibility.
