1. Vacancy Management and leadership hiring
– Manage full process of JD standardization;
– Ensure to take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for shortened lead time, improve matching rate and reduce recruitment cost per hire;
– Ensure candidate experience by closely working with Line managers;
– Participate as a selection panel member in the recruitment process;
– Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan;
– Run thorough analytics and have a data driven approach to positions being managed;
– Ensure to bring in quality of hire, monitor performance of new joiners;
– Lead the Market Intelligence and Talent Scoping for Talent Insight for key critical roles.
2. Project Management & Execution
– Enhance / improve on the internal referral program
– Work on Capability building Initiatives for hiring managers
– Work on different talent branding projects, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, building campus program and employer value proposition
3. Employer Branding
– Join to build company core values, culture;
– Create the plan for Employer Brand, from group to locals;
– Build talent brand programs, operationalize them, and measure their success;
– Identify partners and platforms to help intensify and position our brand among key talent;
– Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness brand with potential candidates;
– Have a clear and target approach through effective use of social media vehicles;
– Monitor and track progress on each campaign towards meeting defined campaign objectives
