Location: 15th Floor, Daeha Business Center, 360 Kim Ma, Ngoc Khanh ward, Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi city.
Working time: Monday to Friday (8h30am – 17h30pm)
Job purpose:
In order to improve our sales efficiency and empower sales, we have decided to develop our Sales Support function into Sales Operations, responsible for all necessary support and advisory service to sales team.
This position will be regarded as the key player as well as a control tower in our sales and operations process. As a single point of contact between account managers and all required internal stakeholders to win a deal, senior level expertise in sales and operation activities is required.
The area of responsibility for this position encompasses developing quality quote and tender documents for customers, providing account managers with pin-pointing marketing/product support on collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and managing overall sales & operations process improvement.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
1. Quote lead
• Create quotes upon requests from the sales organization within required timeframes.
• Contact all relevant internal stakeholders and collect relevant inputs for quote creation, e.g. extended warranty, 3rd party items, civil works, etc.
• Coordinate all approvals required for the quote.
• Particularly involve in complex quotes / tenders (multimodality, managed services, etc.).
• Write commercial texts to create winning proposals and aligning content delivered by various stakeholders.
2. Tender lead
• Manage quality and timeline of tender documentation with comprehensive project management capability; organize meetings or teleconferences for a tender discussion with required stakeholders, as necessary, and escalate / report deviations.
• Collate all required information for tender documentation from various stakeholders (e.g. customer service, 3rd party items, project management) and coordinate required approvals within required timeframes.
• Particularly involve in complex quotes / tenders (multimodality, managed services, etc.).
• Write commercial texts to create winning proposals and aligning content delivered by various stakeholders.
3. Order Cleaning
• Prepare and clean the order package and communicate with Customer Fulfillment Center about order intake.
• Track and communicate order changes and the impact on IGM, from order intake to installation.
• Coordinate all order change approvals (if needed).
4. Sales planning and Analytics
• Support Sales Operations manager and Logistics specialist to track key metrics that had been identified to the management with a structured manner (Comm. Cell, etc.).
• Become an expert/key user of the CRM tool (SFDC, etc.) and other applications to support sales organization.
5. Process improvement
Actively initiate and execute actions to continuously improve the overall sales process, with a close cooperation with market sales / operation / product / service team as well as regional support functions.
Yêu cầu
§ University degree in Accountant/ Finance or related majors.
§ > 3 years of experience in SALES ADMIN/ SALES SUPPORT or in the field that using advanced Excel skills (experience in sales / marketing or healthcare product support is a strong plus).
§ Prefer candidate to have advanced Excel skills, love to work with numbers.
§ Good communication skills in English language is a must.
§ Accurate in working and strong commitment to deadlines, proactive, prudent, collaborative.
§ Advanced communication skills in working with cross-function departments.
§ Commitment for short-term contract 8-month.
