1. Develop, implement and execute Channel strategy & Sales Plans of assigned brands:
▪ Conduct market, channel & business analysis and propose recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales.
▪ Develop channel strategies of coverage, distribution & visibility, assortment & sales force structure & channel budgeting in accordance with corporate goals
▪ Prepare annual, quarterly Channel sales forecast & Monthly sales target deployment
▪ Execute the approved plans, policies, SOP of Sales Department.
2. Establish & build strong channel business partnership:
▪ Explore areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for brands development.
▪ Lead the Joint Business Plan & Review with strategic business partners of OTC & GT channel
▪ Plan, organize, lead and control the implementation of the distributor activities, marketing activities, business projects for the channel.
▪ Coordinate in executing promotion, launching new product and sales support programs.
▪ Conduct regular field check and customers visit to track market performance, quality of execution & compliance and build up the improvement plans
· Maintain regular contact with opinion leaders and critical customers such as wholesalers, pharmacies/pharmacy chains
· Enhance overall brand identity and drive growth and penetration through existing and new sales channels and segments
3. Build the strong channel sales organization:
▪ Prepare and submit plan of headcount & budget
▪ Co-ordinate with HR Department in recruitment process
▪ Set, monitor subordinate’s KPIs and manage their performance according company policy
▪ Lead, coach and develop team members to become a high performing business team
▪ Develop and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
Yêu cầu
· University BA graduate (Pharmaceutical University Degree)
· 5 year experience in international FMCG environment at management level.
· Strong negotiation especially trading terms.
· Strong analytical and planning skills
· Strong and deep knowledge of category management and new product management.
· Knowledge of GT & OTC channel and retailers
· Must Have a good relationship with KOLs, Doctors, Heads of Dermatology Hospital to rescue business
· Leadership skills and Sales team management skills
· Recruitment and people development skills.
· Sales Ethics and knowledge of the legal aspect and the rules of competition.
