MPS is a game studio within VNG Corporation specializing in developing & publishing mobile games to global markets. We have developed very successful 3D shooting games such as, DEAD TARGET: Zombie, Zombie Hunter, Sniper Zombies, etc. with hundreds of million users.
We’re looking for a mobile marketing enthusiast to join us in proudly bringing Vietnamese games to the world.
OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Develop and execute marketing plan to acquire users profitably at Global scale
JOB SCOPE
• Develop UA (User Acquisition) strategy & plan for mobile games meeting studio’s business goals
• Conceptualize, execute and continually optimize UA campaigns on different platforms, including Facebook, Google, and more
• Understand and implement each ad network’s best practices as well as test new ad networks to expand user inventories
• Analyze data related to UA campaigns, products, users, etc.
• Conduct researches to understand users, UA channels, competitors, market, etc.
• Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, execute on breakthrough creative strategies
• Report UA performance to Marketing team & stakeholders
• Grow and manage marketing partnerships
Yêu cầu
Must-have:
• Background in one of the following:
1. 6 months to 2 years of experience of Digital/Performance Marketing, performance agency
2.Maximum 2 years of experience of Data Analyst
• Strong data thinking and data analysis
• Strong logical thinking and critical thinking
• Problem-solving skills, particularly knowing to pose the right questions
• Strong English writing and speaking skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Can-do attitude
Big-plus:
• Direct UA experience with games targeting global markets
• A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
• Strong interest in mobile games
