Sales
– Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
– Supervise the Supply base to maximize Sales & Profitability
– Working with Master, develop and maintain the Pricing Strategy for the Category
– Ensure clear communication and understanding to Operations of any action taken that impacts on the Customer or Store
– Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff.
– Re-assess article performance on a regular basis to identify and deal with any old stock.
– Keep up to date with Market Trends and deliver innovation and excitement to the range
– Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities. Visit to relevant exhibition.
– Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Category Manager teams, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization
Product profit
– Achieve agreed targets and profits including Sales, Cash Margin, Statistical Margin, Later Income, Old Stock, Potential Old Stock, Stock.
Commission
– Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company
– Co-ordinate with Accounting Department and review collection all due account receivables granted to customers, plan the collection of these accounts on due dates and reviews action plans for the immediate collection of all overdue accounts in order to protect the financial interests of the company.
– Negotiate with suppliers to rent all available items.
% Using SKU
– Take responsibility to optimize assortment fully, following Cut & Plus regularly by trending.
– New products must be evaluated by prices, packages, quantity.
% PB
– Full responsibility in the development and implementation of Lotte PB Strategy within the Category.
– Cooperate with PB team to improve PB goods and reach targets and determining targets
– Negotiate with supplier to get the best price for PB to reach high profits
– Report to Master.
Yêu cầu
3 years in Fashion sale/ FMCG salefield, 1 years at the same position Experience in retail industry is a plus.
Qualifications: University Diploma major in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
Certificate/License/Course : Business Management, Purchasing courses, SCM
Computer Literacy : Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint
Language Required: Good at English; Can use Korean is a plus
Personal Competencies:
- Experience within the Fashionsector or relevant Industry with prior experience in the same position (merchandise/buying).

- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
