– In charge of operations related to safety testing, reliability testing for electrical appliances, ICT, automotive, lighting equipment, … according to standards and customers’ requirements
– Following strictly applicable procedures, and ensuring orders from clients are fulfilled as agreed, within scheduled time
– Management of projects: technical meetings and communication with customers, project evaluations, writing test reports, etc.
– Manage and assign tasks in group’s member.
– Calibration and maintenance the test equipment.
– Report and advise on technical issues to the Board of Directors to promptly handle and develop in the right strategy.
