• Provide technical leadership, guidance and support while nurturing a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture.
• Coordinate with other Engineering Managers to coordinate on requirements, architecture, infrastructure, dependencies for collaboration.
• Lead the team consistently delivers outstanding results.
• Establish, contribute to and evolve best engineering practices for your team.
• Coach engineers on your team and provide growth opportunities for individuals by tailoring work to skill level and interests.
• Ensure engineering code meets business and architecture standards.
• Mentor engineers in and help set best practices around writing maintainable, supportable code including quality, logging, security, monitoring and alerting.
