E-Commerce
• Working with brands team, IT and other departments to make sure E-commerce launch successful from Web site, Call Center, App, ecommerce marketplace ( tiki, lazada,shopee…) and other customers touch point.
• Manage cross-brands communication, promotion and advertisement in E-Com platform
• Manage & push E-Voucher and B2B sales
• Gathering data, analytics and proposed to Brands team/BOD the strategies for E-Commerce to drive traffic, sales.
Customer Relation Management program
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company and all brands of Murad by encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
• Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum traffic & visit. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
• Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
MURAD branding on Ecommerce market place
Assisting the company & all brands in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies
• Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies
• Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility
• Working on company branding strategies with the marketing department of each brand
LEAD DIGITAL MARKETING RELATED ACTIVITIES (MEDIA OPTIMIZATION, DIGITAL CAMPAIGN)
• Support sales on Viral Clip and digital campaign for dealers. Cooperate with key Dealers sites to develop Digital Marketing activities. Work along with digital marketers of Dealers to monitor Digital KPIs for Panasonic category/ product in dealers’ site.
• Support Ecommerce team and other departments on Digital related projects.
• Do other tasks as requested.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University or above, majoring in Economics, E-commerce, Communication, Marketing, IT.
- At least 2years working experience in the same role in E-commerce.
- Team management and ability to work under pressure Having knowledge and in-depth understanding of business administration, Marketing, e-commerce, Social Media.
- Updatetrend and technology in Ecommerce field
- Planning skills, performance measurement skills
- Understanding and analyzing indicators related to Social Media; E-commerce; Understanding of Digital Marketing;
- Logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, team work and good communication.
- Have a good knowledge of measuring tools.
- Have experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
