– In charge of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
– To create content to promote employer branding on social media
– To create content for Recruiting team which are used to communicate with candidates (from the first message sent to candidates to employees’ exit interviews
– To collaborate with Events, Culture, HR, Marketing team, etc to create and improve the process of defining and positioning the company as a final choice to potential candidates
– Encourage internal communication and improve employee engagement
– Other detail will be discussed in the interview
Yêu cầu
- English; Upper-Intermediate level
- At least 3 years experience in Employer Branding, PR, or Communications
- Have experience in Contents Marketing
- Basic knowledge and experience in Human resources, especially the recruitment field
- Have experience in Software company
- Japanese skill
- Have working experience in Japanese company
