This role is responsible for product data management on all e-commerce websites and social media channels; ensuring all products are correctly set up on corresponding systems.
Lead product team to achieve KPI
- Divide workload within digital product team to maximize work efficiency.
Manage product information on all digital channels
- Ensure overall site health of websites is maintained by conducting site walks, testing features and report errors/ bugs to relevant teams.
- Fully responsible for the data accuracy of various categories of products. Ensure customers’ shopping experience is smooth and frequently improved.
- Constantly change product display on homepage when new products are added.
- Constantly check if products are uploaded following the collection drops/ sale promotions.
- Constantly check if product price changes on new shipments and inform team to update.
- Constantly check if uploaded products followed brands’ guidelines.
- Constantly check if uploaded products meet expectation.
- Provide product detailed information for virtual store.
Product image download & upload on website
- Receive master files from DAFC merchants, filter missing products and divide by brands/ year/ season for digital product admins.
- Search for product images (if available online) and upload 50 SKU/ day in total with products detailed information: SKU, item no, name, brand, category, season, year, material, description.
- Ensure provided information/ images best represents the product.
Product image collected from principal uploads on E–commerce
- Collect product image from principal and upload on e-commerce websites.
Product photoshooting for outlet
- Filter missing products that are not available online and divide by brands/ year/ season and create product list for photoshooting.
- Work with photography agency at warehouse to produce product images.
- Constantly check if produced images meet expectation.
Follow-Up
- Have periodic meetings/ communications with digital team/ marketing team to review & feedbacks on work efficiency.
- Weekly report on personal/ team performance to digital assistant manager.
- Work closely with merchants/ brand marketing/ trade marketing on product shipments/ campaign information to ensure the latest online campaign/ promotion is updated on website.
- Work closely with digital content and digital performance to improve social media effectiveness.
- Support digital coordinating admins on stock availability and product information.
Yêu cầu
- University/ College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Knowledge of fashion, digital & social media.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and able to work extended hours over busy period.
- Good skills in management, communication, organization, negotiation and problem-solving.
- A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in team situations.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Awareness of current Fashion & Digital trends and a passion for fashion.
