Customer Technical Service:
· Receive inquiry/ technical query from customer; collect more information
(if necessary) and give consultation to customer;
· Customer visit on a regular basis;
· Discuss, analyze and establish new special requirement, technical agreement, etc;
· Claim/ Complaint handling:
· Receive claim / complaint from customer, gather information and arrange visit schedule for site investigation;
· Report & inform factory for internal investigation;
· Give feedback to customer through technical report & negotiate about solutions for claim/ complaint;
· Give consultation to Sales team in terms of technical issues (material purchase guideline, system error, etc.);
· Follow & monitor raw material quality;
· Research and develop new products;
· National certificate approval (for overseas market);
· Other jobs as assigned by Leader/ Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
- Having knowledge of technical, material, metallurgyfield
- Experience 1 ~ 2 yrsin an equivalent position
- Skills: Management, Good communication
- Always cheerful - Carefully - Enthusiastic - Loyalty – Responsibility
- Good health
- Good English skills, candidates will be interviewed in English
