Mô tả
- Scripts for Clients’ complaint solving, direct communication (SMS, Viber).
- Tailor services with suppliers to define client treatments/offers, work with suppliers to come up with the final samples, prepare approval request forms, collaborate with Purchasing & Finance Department to get approvals.
- Manage and control the highest standard in response time and quality of response for Customer Service hotline.
- Deal with After Sales requests/calls and manage suppliers for ensuring appropriate lead time & premium service quality for customers.
- Manage client relationship of VVIPs from manager assignment
Yêu cầu
- At least 1-2 years of full-time experience in Customer service.
- Ability to create and maintain cooperative relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Highly organized and disciplined.
- Have a passion and love for consulting work.
- Good communication in English.
