• Complying with the applicable audit requirements;
• Communicating and clarifying audit requirements;
• Planning and carrying out assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently;
• Documenting observations;
• Reporting the audit results;
• Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of the audit;
• Retaining and safeguarding documents pertaining to the audit:
• Submitting such documents to Manager before the end of the audit,
• Ensuring that such documents remain confidential,
• Treating privileged information with discretion;
• Adhering to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years of experience in social compliance audit or factory root cause and management system audit, training development experience;
- University in Chemistry or Environment and Law, Technical field...;
- Prefer local male candidate has certificate in one or more of the following schemes:BSCI,SA 8000, ICTI, WRAP, IRCA....... or proof of successful completion of other social auditing training;
- Experience in working in production environments and with brands, conducting compliance audit in factories/suppliers, especially in the apparel industry;
- Good language ability: good spoken and written in English;
- Good communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, solutions at executive level;
- Ability to travel domestic frequently based on the set of factories allocated to the position;
- Prefer male.
