Commercialization/ Production Manager for the region is mainly responsible and accountable in ensuring that all new products/models are timely and properly engineered and commercialized for workability in production, durability, good fit, wear comfortability, functionality while maintaining product design integrity and meeting product cost objectives. He is also responsible for quality assurance by driving production adherence to standard processes and making sure process controls and QC tollgates are in place and properly implemented. Response any quality issue feedback from USA/consumer regarding his assigned shoe factories.

FLEXIBLE TO BE ASSIGNED ANYWHERE NOT ONLY IN VIETNAM BUT OTHER CONTRIES ALSO.
Education/Experience:

Minimum 10 years working experience in a reputable Footwear company in either production, commercialization, development, 5 years of which in commercialization.
Minimum 5 years supervisory or management experience .
Comprehensive knowlegede of footwear manufacturing processes.
Good verbal and written English communication skill.
Computer literate
College graduate or footwear technical school graduate with management training.

Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:

Good product eye .
Must have high moral integrity (non-corruptible)
Comprehensive knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.
Technically resourceful
Good English communication skills (verbal and written); can speak Chinese is an advantage.
