– Develop programs and plans to promote sales and sales effectiveness on online channels (web, app, social networks, forums, e-commerce platforms…)
– Research and evaluate the market, competitors; customer survey
– Coordinate with relevant departments to plan online marketing/advertising campaigns; Research new online marketing solutions
– Implement online channel business plan:
– Find partners to distribute products on online channels, coordinate with related departments to design suitable – products for sale on the channel.
– Implement sales promotion programs and increase sales.
– Manage and increase customer base
– Receive and handle problems with orders (if any).
– Deploy customer service, customer care
– Support activities
– Coordinate with departments to ensure timely handling of channel-related issues,
– Register promotional activities with the Department of Industry and Trade.
Yêu cầu
-University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication,…
- Prefer candidates who have knowledge and experience in retail, mobile devices, technology, supermarkets or have sold e-commerce platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Preference will be given to candidates from e-commerce platforms.
- Analytical ability, sensitive to market opportunities, to new trends.
- Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills
- Understanding of Online Sales and Digital marketing
- Proficient in the use of office software (Microsoft Office).
