We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Centre Executive
AIM OF THE JOB
Ensuring customer service excellence is always provided and creating a dynamic working environment that will attract new business and retain the existing clients.
To support the company mission through day-to-day activities
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Coordinate with the team for the overall centre management
Observe and improve the operating procedures for centre management
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plan to increase the Centre awareness and maximise centre occupancy and usage
Responsible for the marketing and operations of the assigned serviced co-office centre
Assist with the operating expenses reporting of the business
Responsible for account receivables, aging reports, and accounting reports.
Responsible for customer service management, including attending to clients’ requests and inquiries
Responsible for the upkeep of a clean, orderly, and well-maintained centre, including general facilities and office equipment
Responsible for vendor management
