– Build up C&B policies competitive in accordance with business strategy.
– Design, implement and manage salary classification, and compensation programs.
– Conduct analysis of C&B, all kinds of rewards within the company.
– Overseeing competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure.
– Administering corporate compensation and benefits plans/programs.
– Analyzing surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
– Drafting annual budget/ Cost analysis in accordance with business strategy.
– Other tasks assigned by HRM.
Yêu cầu
- 3-5 years of experience as the C&B supervisor
- Have a good knowledge of human resources practices, business administration, legal section, statistics, etc.
- Experience in ERP software is a must/ English communication.
