* SHUI
– Monthly report SHUI and payment to SI agency (increase / reduce/ adjust information/close SI Book..)
– Support Admin at sites to guide Insurance Process, Procedure & Benefit
– Monhtly Reconcile Social Insurance cost with SI Agency & Finance Department
– Update SHUI information
– Monthly report for health care insurance with Bao Viet and Finance
– Take care all Personnel Accident, Health insurance for employees
* PIT
– Monthly PIT report and payment request
– Tax receipt quaterly report and submit
– Registration tax code for dependents and submit for Tax department
– Support to check related documents for PIT finalization
– Finding documents for validation with data extracted from Tax Dept
– Issues Tax receipt for employees (as request)
– Collect data form eployees for PIT finalization documents
* Payroll
– Check, follow up timekeeping and OT of employees
– Making monthly attendant report
– Calculate salary for all staffs at the end of every month.
– Yearly OT control
– Monthly cost charge to client, attendant to client
– Casual payroll
– Attrition rate report and FTE report
– Weekly OT report for all sites of GL
– Follow up Annual leave of employees
– Labor report with govement
– Monthly report industrial safety hygiene to Ministry of Labor Invalid and Social Affairs
– Report for using labor with Govement
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years experience
- Have knowledge and experience in Social Insurance
- Basic English
- Proficient in Computer skill
- Good Solving problem skill
- Strong communication with others
- Hard working
- Be careful and honest
- High responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
