Docosan is a tech startup on a mission to improve healthcare for Vietnamese people. We develop software to make it easy for patients to access the best quality healthcare & doctors to grow their businesses.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work closely with the Chief of Product at Docosan. Docosan’s Product Team manages all development and design teams building and maintaining features on Docosan’s app and web platforms for doctors and patients. The BI will be responsible for building dashboards and exporting analytics, basic translations, administrative tasks on product management software, and working closely with team members to help ensure features are deployed correctly and on time.

What you will do:

• Build business intelligence dashboards and export easy-to-read reports and analytics
• Work closely with the Chief of Product to create, translate, and organize documents including website translations, product requirements, etc.
• Help communicate with B2B product partners such as shipping companies, payment portals, to obtain product and operations requirements etc.
• Work with administrative tools including Jira, Google Drive, etc. to help monitor projects & team members
• Work closely with team members to communicate and handle tasks on behalf of Chief of Product
