BRANCH SALES MANAGER Business Development & SALES BTI has the challenging task of identifying Business Opportunities for the organization in Vietnam This professional is a key position of the team and is responsible for the organization’s financial growth ; Enhancement of the Companies market share in Vietnam .
The Scope of work – requires to improve the organization’s market position in HCM in and achieve financial growth. Define long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and trends.

Responsibilities
· Specific responsibilities would be ;
- Pursuing sales leads and prospective clients
- Delivering presentations and proposals
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Developing business plans that include marketing strategies
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and Reporting this to Management and
- Building and maintaining important client relationships
Qualifications
· Qualifications for this position typically include a bachelor's degree and atleast 3-5 years experience in a similar position ( added qualification would be a master's in business administration in the absence of the required number of years of experience)
· Other qualifications should include knowledge of Food and Beverage Products and facilities proven revenue generation, and strategy and management experience.
Skills:
· In addition to education and experience, there are other skills and Personal attributes required;
- Excellent communication skills in Spoken and Written English
- Analytical and financial skills.
- Good Social skills
