Job Description

• Provide input to develop marketing campaign & promotion program, which bases on brand positioning.
• Strictly follow up execution with vendor & make alignment with related stake-holder to ensure marketing campaign and promotion program on time & in quality.
• Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning.
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotion program & propose solution/area to improve.
• Track & evaluate effectiveness of promotion program, manage stock left of promotion gift, propose solution/area to improve if issue happens.
• Review complaints and propose solutions relating to assigned products.
• Collect, compile, verify data of internal sales, retailer audit, product/promotion performance, customer/consumer feedback & behavior and make report to relevant managers.
• Ensure document/record of approval for all execution activities
• Coordinate with relevant to consolidate budget and activities KPI and monitor spending activities to ensure actual spend in line with budget plan.
• Support Brand Manager to develop promotional materials including both online and offline materials
• Actively assist Marketing team in executing marketing campaign, ranging from digital advertising to online and offline activation
• Provide information in forecasting market’s product demand, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
