– Implementing marketing projects for Retail and HOD as supporting role or assuming key role: sponsorship activities, activation, promotion;
– Coordinate to implement the key initiatives and activities to achieve Brand objectives by continuously reviewing actual progress, achievements versus plan to recommend improvements and adjustments moving forwards;
– Generating operators/consumer insights from multiple sources, identifying trends and opportunities and proposing solution to brand issues;
– Plan, execute, manage and evaluate marketing activities (promotion, events communication…) in coordination with sales and CCSD team;
– Monitor and control commitment, accrual and actual in cooperation with Product Manager/Finance Controller;
– Coordinate with the sales department to conduct market surveys periodically and report to the Product Manager/Marketing Manager;
Yêu cầu
- University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage;
- Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Fluent English Skills (both verbal and writing);
- At least 2 years in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market Research, Advertising with FMCG background is perferable;
- Strong passion for beverages and food service and drive to get results;
- Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication;
- Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects;
- Open-minded, practical creativity and result-oriented;
