Position Summary
Follow up TTI -OP new projects/products introduction: battery packs, chargers, power tools
Technical support(internal and external), Lead NPQ(New product qualification) test, Lead failure analysis, local supplier qualification audit, electronics and mechanical parts qualification
Key Responsibilities
- As an intermediate of US and China Electronics Engineering Team to follow-up the new projects, to communicate and collaborate with cross functional depts. such as, PMC, ME, QA and production line to ensure the new projects being introduced to VNM factory smoothly
- Based on NPQ test items and test requirements to follow-up and/or guide the tests, consolidate the test report and feedback or troubleshooting any failures found
- Provide technical supports to cross functional depts.: ME, QA, MBU etc. and take lead for the failure analysis: product failure, test failure, even for the field return failure
- Qualify and audit the CM(contract manufacturer) process, provide technical support if need. And participate in the qualification audit for local suppliers of electronics and mechanical parts based on company’s purchasing and quality strategies
- Documentation and standardization Engineering documents, reports etc.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Majored in electronics related, 3+ years’ experience in electronics engineering related: e.g. HW design, Testing, Automation, Repair or Failure Analysis etc.
- Be able to communicate with English (fluent English skill is preferred)
