– Manage a team of ~20 members and supervise all administration related activities to deliver good service for company operation which include:
+ Office supply (Stationery, drinking water, uniform, etc.)
+ Travel management (Air ticket, accommodation, visa and work permit for executives/ex-pats/visitors)
+ Transportation management (Company cars, taxi )
+ Housekeeping, pest control, and facility management
+ Canteen and tea breaks
+ Meeting rooms control and training facilitator
– Carry out other duties assigned by the General Director and HR-Admin Manager

We are looking for candidates in Bien Hoawith details as below:
• Bachelor degree inEnglish, Bussiness Administrationor related
• At least 3years of experience in supervising role in Administrationor General Affairs.
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
•FluencyinEnglish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email)
• High proactiveness and ownership
